By using this website you accept these terms. The site provides information about our products and services. Only the standards check, the design of the built-in equipment and the bill of quantities can be ordered and paid for on the site; they are governed by the Terms of sale.
We prepare the information on this site with care but do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate and current. Technical data, prices and deadlines are binding only once confirmed in a written offer or contract.
3D configurators
The configurators are used to prepare an inquiry. The checks against standards (EN 13200, DIN 18032 and others) are for guidance only. They do not replace a design, a structural calculation or professional supervision, and do not mean that a configuration is suitable for a particular hall. We confirm the final solution with a design and an offer.

The texts, photos, videos, drawings, 3D models and program code on this site belong to V&H VISION d.o.o. or are used with permission. They may not be copied or published without our written consent, except for personal use with the source stated.
Designations of standards belong to their publishers (CEN, DIN), and the rules of the game to FIBA. Autodesk and Inventor are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.; other names may be trademarks of their owners. The Archivo and IBM Plex fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License and Three.js under the MIT licence.

Complaints
You can hand in a written complaint at our business premises at Ozaljska ulica 108, Zagreb, send it by post to the same address or by email to info@vhvision.hr. We reply within 15 days of receipt (Croatian Consumer Protection Act).
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes fall under the competent court in Zagreb, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
